Not sure if there's an easy way around this, but we recently had a podcast with a fairly lengthy description get broken into multiple posts on Telegram, and that broke the Locals link:

Fixed in 777cfaa242

Now we can have unlimited video descriptions and the uploader will just chunk them and post them one after the other
