v3.30 Bitchute Tags Not Showing Up #20

Installed 3.30 today, the Bitchute tags didn't show up. I only saw spaces. I had time to replace it with the expected tags, and I'll add comments here if we have trouble with other videos.

I do not see --tags in ErrorLogging.txt for LBRY (I will attach this when the upload is completed).

I do see the tags entered for Rumble.

Thanks, when doing the tag refactoring I renamed a variable and forgot to update it in the submodule for each of those sites.

3.31 should have them all working again.
