Notify Users is always checked, and Auto-Submit Post is good, though I go back to check that after submitting the thumbnail (just in case).

I don't deselect "Add to content" or "Add to Playlist"

I don't think i have to change anything then.
Locals uploading should be working again in 3.32 :)
