Steemit complained about multiple dashes in a tag (#mother-in-law), said to use only one dash. Let's just get around this entirely by removing all dashes for Steemit posts (mother-in-law becomes #motherinlaw).

Steemit also doesn't like uppercase letters. Should make all steemit tags lowercase.
